Algorithm of GitaThis book discusses logic of Gita which appeals to Theists who may be  Gen Next, Logicians, persons with Scientific bent of mind, legal bent of mind etc.  This book will not find favor with orthodoxy and persons who are not open minded. This book is an out of box approach and different from all other books on Gita both in content and approach published so far.

Some principles have been enunciated which serve as a guide and benchmark for our understanding which  have been taken from The Gita itself, meaning its authenticity, authority and veracity are confirmed. Some tools of understanding are discussed which includes Gita tools and also mundane tools so as to cater to persons with diverse tastes. The standard of unquestionable acceptance of mundane tools vis-à-vis the Gita tools are discussed. The choice depends on the taste and desire of sadhaka.

The book is divided into three parts.

  1. The Spiritual part or the Core of Gita , which identifies the principles underlying the logic of Gita
  2. The Mundane part which explores contemporary branches of knowledge and the   tools employed by it and acceptable by scientific community and use them for understanding Gita.
  3. The pictorial part which explains both the spiritual part and mundane part by way of illustrations for easier comprehension.

In this book :

  • Algorithm/Logic  of Gita discovered
  • Hidden truths are unraveled busting old myths
  • Alternative perspectives are explored
  • Other systems/philosophies/perspective is embraced and made inclusive.
  • Rigidity is replaced with flexibility & Static is replaced with dynamic
  • Past is co-opted along with, rather than replacing with Present and future perspectives.
  • It does not have shelf life and it holds good till eternity .
  • It is universal in application.

The illustrative list of questions answered in this book is:

  • How can Krishna, who himself ran away from battle advise Arjuna to fight his enemies?
  • How can a 40 minute discourse of Gita be complete knowledge?
  • How can a 5300 year old dialog be relevant to modern times?
  • If Gita is unchanging isn’t it rigid and unsuitable to modern times?
  • How can one discourse cater to needs of diverse types of people?
  • Does Gita encourage violence?
  • Isn’t Gita sectarian and meant for Hindus?
